Requirements for Immediate Funding

• Credit scores at the very least 700 preferably 730 or better for a successful raise.
   

• Debt to credit ratio on all credit lines 30% maximum. (Very important)
   

• Strong credit lines of at least $5k with 2+ years of payment history preferably $10K-$20k lines for a significant raise. (If your credit lines are small or weak in history we can help)
   

• Mortgage and car lines of credit are not required but necessary to get past $250K in funds raised. 
   

• No recent 30 to 120 days late payments, liens, judgments, collections or public notices.
   

• Not more than 5 inquiries in the last 6 months
