The Blaylock Consulting Group follows the Institute of Management Consultants Code of Ethics. The IMC is a not-for-profit national professional association founded in 1968 to set standards of professionalism for the management consulting profession.

  • Agree with the client in advance on the basis for professional charges.

  • Assist management in the refinement of the company’s vision in relationship to the implementation of short-term and long-term goals.

 

  • Assess proposed proprietary systems, services, technology, and operation including:  Procedures, data and process flow, capital budgeting requirements, order processing cost, staffing/outsourcing, and interaction and coordination with other departments

 

  • Develop five-year organizational growth plan (finance, sales, marketing, operations, administrative and staffing).

 

  • Assist in the development and or revision of the company’s business plan and development of financial model to verify current operational and marketing assumptions in addition to future growth projections.  This model will be used as a financial planning and monitoring tool to guide the company’s management.

 

  • Provide written evaluations of current operations, along with specific recommendation. Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT Analysis)
